Our sites have more elbow room than most parks and they are all pull thru. We also have plenty of wildlife to see in the area and this is a great place to use as your home camp to venture out and take in the wonderful and beautiful SW New Mexico.

Our residents are friendly and always welcome new faces.

We have a very nice club house that is open for all tenants to use and feel at home. Showers/restrooms and Laundry. Stay as long as you like. There are lot's of places to go in the area with wonderful sightseeing close by.

We have 30 beautiful large sites

6-50amp and 24-30amp

all full hook-ups and very spacious

We are located 15 miles north of Deming (between mile marker 150 - 149)

off hwy 180 head east 1.8miles on Perrin Rd. we are on the left.

Monthly - $125 + Electricity and $100 deposit

Weekly - $70 including electricity

Daily - $20 including electricity

We accept most all memberships for daily rate discounts.

Get an even better rate, pay for a year up-front and get your 12th month free(not including electricity).

If your stay is shorter get a 20% discount on your 6th month when paid monthly.
